An action-comedy about an agent Maxwell Smart,top psychoanalyst for secret American intelligence agency, CONTROL, battles KAOS with the more-competent Agent 99,Anne Hathway at his side.Maxwell is denied to fight KAOS despite his top performance in tests because Chief of CONTROL (Alan Arkin) is impressed by his panoptic analytical skills and doesnot want to lose him.This changes when CONTROL headquarters is attacked by KAOS,  CONTROL’s agents are killed.
